    A Masters graduate from Teachers College, Columbia University and a dedicated mom of two Goddard Graduate children; I am a firm believer that quality education shapes not just the individuals but also a community. Born into a family of Educators, making learning a fun experience has always been my goal. I am excited and happy to be able to provide a safe, nurturing and fun learning experience to the children of our community.

    Tali has been working in childcare for the past 20 years. She was offered a job through her Child Development class she took in High school. Where she recognized she loved caring for younger children. While she worked here, she gained 18 years of experience. During the years she accumulated many clock hours and completing her CDA (Child Development Associate). She plans on furthering her education in the field. Tali has experience being on the management side as well, she was the Director at a Successful program in Kent for 8yrs. She also was a part of the Pilot program for Early Achiever's in the South King County area. Where she gained an abundance of knowledge. When Tali is not working she loves to spend time with her husband and 5 children. She is excited to be a part of such a community that is supportive and enriching as The Goddard School.

    Tyler has a Bachelor of Science in family resources and child development from the University of Hawaii. He is currently working on a Master’s in Early Childhood Education with emphasis in Administration. He has been in the field since 2006, working with families and children. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys being with friends and family, traveling, and watching various sports. Tyler believes learning should be fun, that each child is unique, and that they grow best in a positive learning environment.

    Jerrica, originally from Manila, Philippines, moved to Quilcene, Washington at age 8. She graduated from Washington State University with a B.A. in Human Development and a certificate in Adolescence. With over 8 years of experience working with children, she has been a Certified Behavior Therapist specializing in Behavioral Health for young children with Autism, challenging behaviors, and speech and motor delays. Jerrica began her early childhood journey in 2021 as a Lead Pre-K Teacher at another Goddard School. She enjoys fishing, camping, hiking with her dogs Chiquis and Remi, reading, cooking, and traveling. Jerrica is excited to join the Goddard School of Snoqualmie as Assistant Director and is committed to creating a safe, loving, and encouraging environment for children.

Ashley thrives in environments that encourage creativity, exploration, and cultural awareness. She values incorporating both sign language and Spanish into her daily curriculum to foster inclusive and enriching learning experiences. Her teaching style emphasizes connection, communication, and curiosity. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education at Green River College. Chelsea's experience with children traces back to 2007 when she started babysitting her sister and expanded her care to include nieces, nephews, cousins, and family friends' children.     Mr. Hayden graduated from Tahoma High School in 2021. His journey of caring for children began as early as 2005, when he started looking after his younger siblings. He joined our team in the Fall of 2021, bringing his valuable experience and dedication to our mission. Mr. Hayden's journey with us began as a resource helper, and through dedication and hard work, he has risen to become a co-lead teacher in our preschool classroom. With a passion for making education enjoyable and enriching, Mr. Hayden is committed to fostering a love for learning and acquiring new knowledge in his students. His aspiration is to attain his Early Childhood Education Certification (ECE), further expanding his expertise in the field. Mr. Hayden finds joy in teaching at Goddard while also cherishing the learning experiences he gains from his students every day.

    Hunter is a Lead Teacher. Hunter has worked in childcare for more than 10 years and at our school since we opened 6+ years ago. Hunter graduated from Mount Si High School. Before high school, she started babysitting since she was 10 years old for her family. After High school, she was working at another childcare center until she heard that Goddard was opening here on the ridge. She applied and got the job! Hunter has lived in Snoqualmie Ridge most of her life until 3 years ago when she moved to the Maple Valley area. Working with children is her passion! To see them grow and develop their education is truly remarkable. I love to see them laugh and be their own person. Hunter is excited to help your children learn and get them ready for kindergarten!!

    Kim is a co-lead teacher who graduated from Kentridge High School in 2022. She is currently pursuing a degree in Teaching Education at Green River College. Kim's journey in childcare began at age 15 when she started babysitting, and joining the Goddard team has been an important part of her growth as an educator. Outside of teaching, Kim enjoys babysitting, spending quality time with her two cats, working out, and dancing with her K-Pop crew. If she had to choose her last meal, it would be a delicious bowl of hot pho made by her mom. Kim has a deep passion for working with children and strives to learn and grow every day. Her goal is to create an environment where children can grow, explore, and enjoy their time in the classroom, all while feeling loved and cared for.

    Kimberly is a Resource/Lead Teacher. She graduated from Western Washington University in 2017. She went to college for Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. Kimberly started babysitting at the age of 12 years old. She continued working with children through Vacation Bible School, a variety of day camps, nannying, babysitting, childcare volunteer opportunities, and more. Kimberly worked in different preschools and childcare facilities while earning her degree. She is working at the Goddard School to follow her passion of working with children and helping them balance education and childhood in a safe and comfortable environment.

    Lia is a lead teacher. Lia has been working in the early childhood field for over 15 years. In high school, she worked with children and really developed a passion for it. She loves working with young age groups, especially Infant and Toddlers. Lia’s goal is to make sure you and your child feel safe while you are away, nurture all throughout the day, get messy and have fun! She believes that every child learns at their own pace and deserves only the best. Lia doesn’t have any children of her own yet, and she will always continue to love yours!!

  • Ms Margarita

    Margarita is a Lead Teacher. She lived in California since she was 10 years old. After completing high school, she pursued her studies at California State University Monterey Bay, focusing on Liberal Studies. In 2016, Margarita made the move to Washington with her family, where she now resides. With four children of her own, ranging from 7 to 17 years old, Margarita's passion for working with children only grew stronger. She began her journey in the childcare field as an Assistant Teacher at a daycare center shortly after relocating. Inspired by her experiences with young children, Margarita earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification in March 2019. She is driven to continue her education in Early Child Development with the goal of obtaining a bachelor’s degree, further enriching her knowledge and skills in the field.

    Megan holds an Associate of Arts degree from Greenriver College, where she completed numerous courses in childhood education. Her experience with children began in middle school when she started babysitting. During high school, she was employed by Maple Valley Parks and Recreation, assisting with summer camps and officiating youth sports. Her passion for teaching and working with children has been a lifelong aspiration. In addition to her professional pursuits, Megan has a strong affinity for outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, gardening, and fishing. Another significant interest of hers is music; she enjoys singing and playing the guitar. Megan takes pride in being part of a dedicated, hardworking, and family-oriented team.

    Susmita (Ms. Mita) graduated from India and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. During her college years she tutored kids of Elementary Schools. Ms. Mita loves teaching children and strongly believes that learning can be fun in many creative ways. She is a mother of 2 beautiful girls. Now that they are all out of the early childhood stage, Ms. Mita is excited to continue working with young children; being around children inspires her to pursue her dream of becoming an early childhood educator. Ms. Mita is excited to be part of the Goddard Team and pursue her dreams.

    Tessa has always had a passion for teaching and helping others, she has a background as a medical assistant and extensive experience in childcare. Starting as a babysitter at 18, she then worked as an assistant teacher with children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, and young children. Tessa is a proud mother of two: Eli, 9, and Eliana, 20 months. She enjoys traveling, exploring coffee shops, reading, and spending time with her kids at the beach. Tessa finds joy in the daily adventures of working with young children and cherishes being part of their learning journey.

    Originally from El Salvador, Mayra is a dedicated Resource/Assistant Teacher with a deep passion for early childhood development. With two years of experience working with young children, she has honed her ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. Mayra has also completed several courses in early childhood education to further expand her knowledge of child development and learning processes. Mayra takes pride in her role as a nurturing guide, offering children both the care and stimulation they need to thrive. She believes in fostering a safe and welcoming space where every child can feel valued, explore their potential, and build confidence. At home, Mayra is a proud mother to her daughter, Valerie, who currently attends school. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she finds great joy in spending quality time with her loved ones, knowing that a healthy work-life balance is essential for her personal well-being and professional growth.

    Morgan is an Assistant Teacher. She grew up in the Seattle area and she has lived here her whole life. She started babysitting at the age of 14. After graduating from Skyline High School, she started her first teaching job in 2013 and has enjoyed working with young children ever since. Morgan earned her CDA credential in 2019 and is looking forward to more learning opportunities in childhood education. She is excited to be a part of the Goddard team and get to know each and every child while helping and watching them learn and grow.

  • Ms Sophia

    Sophie is an Assistant teacher. She graduated from Lindbergh High School in 2020 and went on to study at Green River Community College in Auburn. She originally wanted to join law enforcement and go into forensics but ultimately decided childcare is where her heart and mind is happiest. She took a child development course in high school and enjoyed learning new things about children every day and even got to take care of a robotic baby for a weekend. She loves working with kids and has babysat multiple of her cousins over the years since she was 14. Sophie does not have kids of her own and is excited for the day she will become a wonderful mother, but until then she will love each and every one of your kiddos. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys being at home with her 4 cats, reading, and hanging out with her friends and family. She can't wait to further her knowledge and career by joining our school and hopes to be a part of this team for many more years to come.

  • Ms Theresa

    Theresa earned her degree in Software Development from the University of Pretoria in South Africa. After spending 15 successful years in the industry, she transitioned to being a full-time mom to her three children upon moving to the United States. During this time, she discovered a profound joy in working with children through her active involvement in their schools as a volunteer. With her children now more independent, Theresa is excited to join the Goddard School team, where she can continue her passion for nurturing young minds. She believes early childhood is a magical time of growth and discovery and feels honored to help children build a strong foundation for their future.

  • Ms Dixie

    Dixie is a proud Pacific Northwest native with a professional background in Corporate and Healthcare Recruiting. Following her retirement, she discovered a passion for early childhood education and began working part-time in a childcare center. She completed her Basic Childcare Training through the State of Washington and is excited to bring her experience and enthusiasm to The Goddard School as a Resource Teacher. Dixie finds great joy in supporting young children as they grow and learn. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her two adult children and three grandchildren. In her free time, she can often be found cheering on youth softball, soccer, and basketball teams, as well as hiking and traveling.

    Erika is a Resource Teacher; she was born in California and moved to Washington during her elementary school years. Growing up, she spent much of her time babysitting her younger siblings and cousins, which sparked her passion for working with children and inspired her to pursue a career in early childhood education. She graduated from Kent-Meridian High School and joined the Goddard School team in 2024. Since then, Erika has truly enjoyed being part of the classroom environment and supporting children in their early learning journey. She looks forward to continuing her education and plans to pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education.

  • Ms Katherine

    Gaby is a Resource teacher, originally from El Salvador, and brings warmth and dedication to her role. Gaby started her journey in early childhood education by working as a nanny in her home country, where she discovered her passion for working with young children. Although she completed one year of university studies in El Salvador, her true calling motivated her to continue learning and growing in the field of childcare. In 2024, Gaby moved to Washington State with her husband, embracing new opportunities and experiences. She joined The Goddard School in June 2025 and has since found the experience both beautiful and enriching. Through ongoing training and hands-on practice, Gaby is expanding her knowledge and skills to ensure she provides the best care and support to every child she works with. As a committed and compassionate educator, Gaby strives to create a safe, nurturing environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive.

    Keshia graduated from Juanita High School in 2014. Her journey into childcare began in 2019 when she was expecting her first child. Eager to better prepare herself for motherhood, she immersed herself in childcare. Keshia joined our team in May 2021 as an assistant teacher in the First Steps classroom. When the opportunity to become co-lead teacher in the Bridge classroom arose, she embraced it as a chance to advance in her career. Lakeshia, often referred to as Keshia, is a dedicated co-lead teacher who plays an important part in the educational journey of her students at our school. As a mother to her son, who is also enrolled at the school, Keshia brings a unique perspective to her teaching. With both personal and professional experience in childcare, she is passionate about continuous learning. Keshia is committed to developing new skills and exploring diverse pedagogical approaches to effectively support children in their learning endeavors.

    Nancy is an Assistant Teacher / Resource. She has been here at the school since 2016. Nancy graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Degree in Elementary Education. She worked for 28 years at the Masonic Children's Home in Elizabethtown, PA. Nancy parented hundreds of children age 5-19. She believes that children learn by playing, watching and listening to the world around them. Nancy also believes in positive role modeling. She is excited to be working with younger children.

    Ms. Rajwinder Khosa, affectionately known as Ms. Raj, was born and raised in Punjab, India. She moved to the United States in 2008 with her three children to reunite with her husband, who was already living here. Ms. Raj brings over 13 years of experience as a dedicated nanny and has been working in a formal childcare setting for the past year. Her passion for nurturing young children is evident in her warm, caring nature and the joy she finds in helping them learn and grow. She says that being around children keeps her feeling young and energized. Outside of work, Ms. Raj is an animal lover and enjoys caring for her two dogs. She cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends and brings that same spirit of connection and community into the classroom every day.

    Sapna, is an Assistant Teacher, she holds a master’s degree in human resource management and a graduate degree in Child Psychology. Sapna is a dedicated mother of two daughters. She finds immense joy in working with children, witnessing their growth, and ensuring their safety in a positive environment.     Ms. Silvia is an Assistant teacher/Resource at our School. She was born in Costa Rica and studied Business Administration. She has also taken multiple courses in psychology and early childhood development. Silvia has 7 years of experience working at a local daycare here in Washington, she is well-versed in caring for young children. Silvia taught Spanish in Costa Rica and moved to Washington with her husband and two sons. She is excited to be part of the Goddard team and is looking forward to playing, doing art, learning, and growing with your children.

    Vani is a Resource/Assistant Teacher. She has a bachelor’s degree of computer science from India and master’s in computer science from the University of Hertfordshire. Ms. Vani started her career in the IT industry as a Software Engineer and worked for almost 8 years for different companies and clients. She made the decision to explore other opportunities for working around children and wanted to start and build her career in the early education field. Ms. Vani is very excited to join the Goddard team and get to know each child while helping and watching them grow.
